Admission Arrangments for Nursery(K1) Classes

Parents apply to the EDB for the “2025/26 Registration Certificate” (“RC”) for their child from September to November 2024 Our School processes the 2025/26 K1 admission applications2
Upon receipt of the applications with all necessary information and documents provided, the EDB will generally take six to eight weeks to complete processing of the applications and issue the “RC” to eligible child1 by post
 
Our School informs applicants of the K1 application result before 13 December, 2024
If the application is successful If the application is unsuccessful
Register3 with our school during the "Centralized Registration Date" (ie. 2nd-4th January 2025), by submitting the “RC” and paying registration fee Parents refer to the K1 vacancy information released by the EDB after the “Centralized Registration Date” (ie. from early February 2025)
 
Our school will send letters to notify parents of the admission procedures in May 2025
Parents come to our school to complete the admission procedures in June 2025
Note：
  1. If parents cannot submit the “RC” to our School, we may not be able to complete the registration for their child. Hence, parents must submit application for the registration document to the EDB within the specified date.
  2. Parents who apply for admission for their child must submit the following child information together with the application fee $40:
    a completed application form, one passport size photo, a copy of the child’s Birth Certificate, a copy of the child’s immunization record (cover and inner page), 4 self-addressed stamped return envelopes.
  3. If the applicant is admitted after the “Centralized Registration Date”, parents must still bring along the “RC” for registration. If parents decide to change school after registration, please notify our School in writing. Our School will return the relevant registration certificate but the registration fee will not be refunded. Upon obtaining the registration certificate, our School will no longer keep the school place for the child.
