Become volunteers to learn the skill of parenting

Parents are the biggest partners of the school and we actively encourage them to participate in school activities as well as to become parent volunteers to help with the parent-child programme. Prior to the parent-child activities, parents become "parent seeds" by participating as volunteers, and learn strategies and skills from the principal and teachers during the training provided by the school, and then share the skills learned during the activities to other parents and put them into practice during the parent-child activities, so as to strengthen the parent volunteers' sense of belonging to the school and promote their self-efficacy and confidence in managing their children.
